About this meal

We make energy balls by blending almonds, dates, ginger, lemon zest and other ingredients in a food processor until a sticky paste forms. The mixture is shaped into balls and chilled in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. A larger batch can be prepared in advance and stored in the freezer for later.

🌿 Healthy tip · When gaining weight

Each week you should expect a maximum gain of 0.3–0.5 kg. If you notice that your weight is increasing faster, know that this is happening at the expense of fat tissue.

  1. Using a food processor, blend the almonds, dates, and other ingredients into a paste.
  2. Form into balls and place them in the freezer for at least half an hour.
  3. You can make a larger batch and store them in the freezer.
